Penbugle Organic Farm is situated between Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor, the largest national park in the south west of England.
The South East part of Cornwall has many places of interest to visit on foot, bicycle, car or on horseback. The village of Duloe has its very own Stone Circle; this is the smallest stone circle in Cornwall and goes back to the bronze age. It is nestled between the deep valleys either side containing the Looe and West Looe rivers and is close to the ancient market town of Liskeard with independent shops and eateries, and a thriving arts scene. Looe fishermen land what is considered some of the finest fish in the country, so why not buy some fresh and then barbecue them that night under the stars? And at Polperro just along the coast, visit the smugglers museum and find out more about Cornwall’s notorious smuggling history! We’re also only a few miles away from the world-famous, Eden Project.
We can’t guarantee the weather, but we can guarantee warmth, comfort, rugged coastline, beautiful moorland and superb customer service.

A few small extras...
We like to offer a few things extra, to make your holiday a little bit more special...
How about ordering a breakfast box which contains some of our wonderful eggs, bacon or sausages (depending on availability), fresh bread and award winning apple juice from just down the road at Cornish Orchards. Enough for four people: £15
Packed lunches? Lunches containing a locally made pasty (vegetarian option available), homemade cake and a small bottle of fruit juice are available. £6 p/p
After a long drive, sometimes, you just want a glass of wine or a cold beer to unwind. We can organise for a bottle of Cornish wine or Cornish beer (Tribute or Korev) to be chilling in your fridge, ready to be enjoyed the minute you’ve arrived. Wine £11, Lager £6.50
Coming soon: Penbugle lamb stew. Made fresh with our own organic meat, and local vegetables and just needing reheating in the on-site, fully equipped kitchen, £10, serves 4.
Firewood for the fire pit must be purchased on site as we use carbon neutral sources from within Cornwall. We ask you to take care when lighting fires, and make sure they are properly put out and are not left unattended.
Please let us know if you would like to borrow maps of the area and/or board games.
NB: as you can appreciate, we are a very busy working farm. Consequently food and/or drink needs to be pre-ordered and we ask for a minimum of 7 days notice. Some ingredients are subject to availability, if substitutions need to be made they will be like for like i.e. organic for organic, local for local. Thank you for your understanding.
