Each Wigwam® pod is equipped with kettle, toaster, fridge, clothes airer and a stand-pipe for water and also has an outdoor picnic table and decking. There is also a fire pit, excellent for barbecues, (firewood to be purchased on site only) and a water standpipe.

Toilets, showers, and washing-up area, with hot and cold taps, are close by.

We also have a colourful fleet of roomy wheelbarrows to make it easy to transport your equipment to the Wigwam® camping pods.

General Terms and Conditions

Each Wigwam® camping pod or bell tent accommodates up to five people, prices are based on two people sharing, with extra persons priced at a reduced rate (see tariff). All Wigwam® camping pods are self catering and are provided with foam mattresses. Bell tents are provided with memory foam and cotton roll mattresses. Please make your own provisions as necessary for bed linen, towels, pillows, crockery and cutlery and washing up equipment, although these can be hired in advance if required – please contact us for details on 01579 326709 or email wigwams@penbuglefarm.co.uk.
The basic tariff price stated includes shower and toilet, open 24hrs for campers’ convenience.

Wigwam® camping pods and bell tents are available between 3.00pm and 5.30pm on your day of arrival, unless previously arranged to suit both parties. People arriving after 5.30pm without prior warning cannot always be accommodated.

Cars are to be parked in the car park at all times. There is strictly NO access to the paddocks by car. Wheelbarrows are provided for each Wigwam® and bell tent. The tariff includes one car per unit (Wigwam® or bell tent).  Additional cars will be charged for at a rate of £5 per car per night.

Wigwam® camping pods and bell tents to be vacated by 10.00am prompt on your day of departure.

Well behaved dogs are welcome to stay at our site; you MUST however keep your dog on a lead and clean up after your dog at all times, as this is a working livestock farm. You will be asked to leave the premises without a refund if this condition is breached.

Only our firepits are allowed on site. You are not permitted to bring your own firewood. All firewood is to be purchased on site. You are not permitted to burn branches or any other debris you may find on and around the site. This is the property of the site owner.

Disposable BBQ’s are not permitted at any time on the site, but the firepits are brilliant for barbecuing! 

We regret it is not possible to arrange for supermarket deliveries to the site.

Code of Conduct: We expect all our Visitors to respect and look after the Site and the Wigwam® or bell tent you are staying in. We also require you to respect your fellow Visitors and keep noise levels to a minimum before 7.30am and after 11.00pm. Music is permitted at a low level and turned off at 10pm prompt. We are a peaceful, relaxing, family site – not a party site.

We reserve the right to move guests to a differently named accommodation of the same level, unless a specific Wigwam® or bell tent is made known at the time of booking.

Guests are expected to leave their accommodation in a clean and tidy fashion. No rubbish, including food, is to be left inside or in the surrounding area.

Leaving early for whatever reason will result in a no refund policy.

The owners of the site are absolved of all liabilities for accidents, loss or damage to guests’ personal property.

The site owners reserve the right to ask guests not observing these terms and conditions to leave without refunds with immediate effect.

It is expected that all guests have read and understood these terms and conditions prior to arrival at our site.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Before confirming your booking at Penbugle Organic Farm Wigwams® please take the time to read the information below. It includes vital information regarding cancellation policies and the amenities and services available at the Site, which will assist you with planning your holiday.

Payment Policy: To secure your booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. We do not accept provisional bookings, so please do not make a booking unless you are in the position to honour it and pay in full.

Cancellation/No-Show Policy: In the event of cancellations or no-shows we do not offer any (either full or partial) refund. However, if more than 48 hours notice is given we may, at our discretion, offer an alternative date suitable to you, only if we have the availability to do so.

Travel Insurance: We strongly advise you to take out the appropriate levels of travel insurance so you can have peace of mind that your costs will be covered, should you need to cancel your holiday for any reason.

Complaints Procedure: We take all comments from guests seriously and in the unlikely event that you wish to make a complaint you can contact us by telephone or email and we will respond. We will try to resolve any issues as soon as possible.

Penbugle Organic Farm Wigwams® will not be liable for any lost property or personal belongings.

Smoking is not permitted in the communal/facility areas or in the Wigwam® camping pods and bell tents.

The following terms and conditions are to be upheld in addition to our usual terms and conditions:

The group organiser is responsible for collecting all monies due to secure the booking.

Only guests originally booked are permitted to stay on site. Any other guests will be allowed on site at the owners’ discretion or with prior arrangement.

Music is permitted on site at a low noise level until 10pm, when you are asked to switch all music off as we are a low noise level policy site.

How to find Penbugle Organic Farm

From the West:

From BODMIN take the  A38 to LISKEARD. At the DOBWALLS roundabout take the 2nd exit to the village of DOBWALLS. At the bottom of the village go across the first mini roundabout and then take the 2nd exit on the next roundabout. You should then pass a Spar shop and primary school on your left hand side. Follow the road out of the village past the football ground and over the small railway bridge. Follow the road for approx 2 miles. You will get to a cross roads with a stone cross on your left, drive on until you go past the first Herodsfoot sign on your right (situated in a right hand bend at the bottom of a hill). At the top of the hill the road levels out and PENBUGLE FARM WIGWAMS® will be on your Left hand side.

From the East:

From PLYMOUTH take the A38 to LISKEARD and take the MOORSWATER INDUSTRIAL ESTATE slip road and turn right at the T-junction into the village of DOBWALLS. At the mini roundabout take the first exit left and follow the instructions as from the East, at the Spar shop.

Our postcode covers a large area. Sat-nav will not take you to the right place, so we suggest you use Google maps.
